By alleviating repetitive tasks, RoVRs free providers and admins to focus on proactive decision-making guided by actionable insights, laying the groundwork for a more responsive, outcome-driven healthcare ecosystem.

By uniting clinical and operational intelligence in one cohesive platform, we're building the infrastructure for a Learning Health System that can collaborate with and empower clinicians to redefine the patient experience and transform health outcomes.

Based in the heart of NYC and backed by leading venture capital firms/visionary healthcare leaders, RoVR is on a mission to transform the future of healthcare. We are seeking mission-driven engineers, designers, and operators to join our team and help us build the foundational operating system that will drive medicine for the next century.

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer on Product, you will ship features end to end across the apps that providers, front-office staff, and patients use every day: from the database and API to the interface.

You will work directly with customers and design to turn agent capabilities into products clinics rely on, such as document review, scheduling, referrals, billing, and the copilot that sits beside every chart. We are hiring for this role across Senior and Staff levels.

What You'll Do

  • Own features from idea to launch across backend and frontend.

  • Build interfaces where people and agents work together: review queues, approvals, citations, and handoffs.

  • Spend time with clinics to understand workflows, and use that to make product decisions.

  • Ship incrementally and fast, then iterate on usage and customer feedback.

  • Keep quality high through code reviews, testing, and thoughtful technical design.

What You Have

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.

  • Strong TypeScript and React, and strong Python on the backend.

  • Experience shipping user-facing products with real customers.

  • Product judgment: you know when to simplify and when a workflow needs more control.

  • Nice to have: experience with LLM-powered products, React Native, or healthcare software.
