Role Overview
As a Design Engineer, you will shape how people experience working alongside AI in a clinic. You'll own the interfaces across our provider, staff, and patient apps on web and mobile, and make complex agent workflows feel simple and trustworthy.
You care about craft as much as code, and you prototype in code to find the right interaction fast. We are hiring for this role across Senior and Staff levels.
What You'll Do
Design and build interfaces for AI-native workflows: streaming responses, source citations, confidence, and human review.
Own and evolve our design system across web and mobile.
Prototype quickly in code to test ideas with customers before we commit.
Partner with product, design, and engineering to keep the experience simple as capabilities grow.
Raise the bar for performance, accessibility, and polish.
What You Have
5+ years building production frontends.
Expert in TypeScript, React, and modern CSS; experience with React Native is a plus.
A strong portfolio showing both design sense and engineering depth.
Experience building design systems and component libraries.
Nice to have: experience designing interfaces for AI or LLM-powered products.
